How you’ll make an impact:
- You will be obsessive about our most important assets – our customers – and build scalable processes to drive team strategy and success.
- Work directly with SafeBase customers to ensure retention, long lasting relationships, and desired measurable outcomes.
- Lead and develop our all-star Customer Success Managers; scale the team to meet the needs of our customers and business goals.
- Be responsible for key performance metrics including logo and revenue retention, product usage, NPS, and customer health.
- Work proactively with your team and cross functionally to improve the performance and usage of SafeBase’s product and services.
We’re looking for someone has:
- A strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and success.
- Hands on leadership experience at a high growth SaaS company.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - previous experience as an early joiner in a technology startup or evidence that you are scrappy with a "get-it-done" attitude. You thrive in an ambiguous environment and you enjoy leading people towards a common goal.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Initiative – Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them by looking for a new and productive ways to make an impact.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary range for this position is 130-160K depending on experience and expertise
