Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in billing/finance operations/accounting
  • Undergraduate Degree (Business Management/Accounting/Finance fields is a plus)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage critical situations working under time constraints
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Workday and/or Yardi Kube experience a plus
  • Salesforce Service Console (ticketing system) experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Systems
Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly, weekly, and ad hoc billing for Alternative Revenue activities.
  • Review and reconcile member accounts to ensure good financial standing.
  • Complete vendor setup forms to ensure WeWork can receive payments.
  • Perform collections outreach to customers with outstanding balances to reduce Accounts Receivables (AR).
  • Respond to and resolve all member support requests within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), while ensuring financially accurate information and the highest quality member experience is provided.
  • Perform various tasks provided by leadership in a timely manner while adhering to ad hoc project deadlines.
  • Inform Billing leadership of opportunities for process improvement by possessing an aptitude to challenge current processes and communicate proposed solutions.
  • Escalate disruptions in standard operations and inquiries from members or internal teams.
  • Other duties, as assigned by management.
