- Managing the strategic sourcing activities for a product portfolio to ensure supply continuity and deliver efficiencies in spend
- Building, optimizing, and measuring annual savings plan goals
- Establishing, analyzing, and reporting business analytics, KPIs, and customer satisfaction criteria for procurement
- Establishing and maintaining a supplier landscape, managing the contracting processes for MSAs, Supply Agreements, and maintaining adherence to the processes
- Managing supplier engagements to improve performance, optimize costs, and contract appropriately to ensure supply continuity
- Leading regular business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating supply risks within the portfolio supported
- Developing strategic roadmaps for assigned portfolio ensuring suppliers are capable of meeting current and future business requirements
- Establishing supplier selection criteria, evaluating alternative suppliers, and driving final supplier selection in partnership with cross-functional partners
- Understanding the benefits and costs of supply chain options and leveraging that knowledge to drive strategic discussions and decisions
- Leveraging knowledge of suppliers, supply base, and market conditions to recommend actions favorable to the business
- Managing one or more Procurement employees
- Selecting, managing, training, and developing staff as required
- Adhering to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures
- Understanding relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhering to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company
- Ensuring other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
