Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Identify high-risk prenatal and postpartum women.
  • Assist individuals in gaining access to primary and preventive health services, including prenatal care, PCAP, WIC, and other essential and supportive services as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Spanish or Creole speaking ability is a plus.
