  • 10+ years working with B2B SaaS enterprise customers in a Sales/Client Partner role.
  • Demonstrated history of quota achievement as individual contributor.
  • Successful track record of managing and working with Enterprise customers, especially in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare and other B2C oriented industries.
  • Contact Center operations experience highly desirable.
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geography customers.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organization.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Ability to understand, explain the functionality of SaaS platforms to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong empathy for customers.
  • Impressive executive presence and communication/presentation skills.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS start-up.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Engineering, Services).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo and other sales, prospecting tools.

  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s &/or Master’s degree, MBA desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at the enterprise level.
  • Expand Acqueon’s relationships and elevate the scope and depth of relationships with senior leadership in those customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Provide leadership to Acqueon resources spanning departments such as customer success, delivery, support etc.
  • Be the trusted partner for the customer on their use-cases and product functionality.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify opportunities for our SaaS solutions to add value to the client's operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth within an assigned set of accounts (territory).
  • Prepare, implement, and execute strategic account plans and update at a set cadence.
  • Manage an enterprise book of customers and be responsible for revenue retention & growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the scope of our services within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to increase renewal rates and track accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate risk.
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring that client feedback is communicated and addressed effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client testimonials, case studies, and references.
