Requirements
  • General Manager experience, overseeing multiple aspects of running/scaling a business
  • SaaS leadership experience, overseeing sales functions in B2B environments
  • Marketing knowledge, GTM strategy, and demand generation
  • Knowledge of the local legal market across Canada
  • History of creating high-performing cultures and teams that are inspired to do better and think bigger as a result of your leadership
  • Strong and clear communication skills and can partner with all levels to align cross-functionally
  • Experience with P&L and understanding of financial analytics
  • Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Clio to the local legal market and foster and expand key relationships across the legal ecosystem to help promote Clio and drive expanded awareness, consideration and market share
  • Develop a strategic vision for Canada to achieve revenue goals, growth, and increase market share
  • Directly manage, mentor and expand a dedicated Canadian sales team
  • Develop an expansion strategy to lead Clio into additional markets across Canada
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure we’re running effective campaigns, fine-tune our existing efforts and run new experiments to raise awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to shape a strategic roadmap, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to enhance products for the Canadian legal practice management market.
  • Work closely with revenue operations to set plans for execution, compensation, enablement, and incentive plans that will help Canada to find and monetize new opportunities
  • Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and sales leadership to define the best strategy for growing Clio's presence across Canadian provinces and territories.
  • Represent Clio at events and deliver presentations (web and in-person) to current and prospective clients, business partners, and law schools
  • Cultivate relationships with relevant technology and legal industry partners to accelerate Clio’s presence in the Canadian market
