Compensation: $80,000 to $105,000

Adswerve is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) as a Project Manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter that has a natural curiosity and a passion for enabling clients to reach their goals through technology. Successful candidates will have superior interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability to grasp complex and technical topics quickly.
Successful candidates have several years of experience leading impactful client engagement working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Embedded with the technical delivery team, this person will be managing projects from end to end, including scope, communication, resourcing and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Follow internal processes and collaborate across project teams and key partners resulting in a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Proactively manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
- Partner with client delivery and business development leadership to scope, size, and solution new opportunities
- Apply superior collaboration, negotiation, and problem solving skills to all project, client, and partner communications and interactions.
- Develop high impact project management deliverables that guide the project teams, partners, clients, and collaborators.
- Partner with project leaders to assess project’s strategic goals and outcomes, defining comprehensive project approach, and establishing metrics of long-term project success.
- Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to understand the project landscape and become a trusted advisor.
- Possess and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, facilitation skills, and organizational change management techniques.
- Work with the PMO leadership to enhance project management practices and tools.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, partners, and project team members.
- Escalate issues as appropriate. Including informing project leadership and the Director of Project Management of risks and issues that need their attention and/or may have a long-term impact.
Experience:
- 5+ years leading cross-functional projects
- Experience in Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) a plus.
- CSM and PMP certifications are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business analysis experience
- Experience with organizational change management methodologies, such as Prosci
- Superior time management, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and willingness to ask questions or perform research to develop a deep technical understanding.
- Experience with project management platforms, such as Asana and Jira
- Self-starter, quick learner, and a strong sense of integrity
This position pays a base salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
