Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance discipline at a financial services company

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining up-to-date maps of personal data flows and data protection impact assessments
  • Undertaking KYB reviews on third parties
  • Maintaining internal company information resources on regulatory compliance and notification requirements
  • Monitoring and briefing on relevant regulatory developments, with a special focus on Asia Pacific countries
  • Monitoring and briefing on E6’s data protection notification obligations
  • Delivering privacy and data protection training
  • Maintaining a regulatory calendar of key deadlines, and monitoring and reporting on progress towards meeting them
  • Reviewing vendors’ agreements and due diligence information for compliance with relevant data protection obligations, and flagging issues for legal review
  • Reviewing draft data protection notices and data protection addendums
  • Assisting with internal audit of information systems for compliance with data privacy controls
  • Assisting E6 clients in preparing files in response to data subject access requests or regulator inquiries
  • Assisting sales team and solutions architects with regulatory background information on requirements for client projects
  • Assisting with drafting data protection policy and procedure updates
