  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, customer success, or a related field
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, customer success, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1+ year(s) experience working at a highly matrixed technology organization (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, remote environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Git or GitHub (preferred)
  • History of working with projects and cross-functional stakeholders, executing strategies to deliver excellent solutions (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with Docs team members and GitHub stakeholders to assess our people, processes, and tools, enhancing workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Plan and implement projects that drive collaboration across GitHub, applying change management principles to achieve iterative improvements toward shared goals.
  • Communicate Strategically: Develop and share insights into requirements and constraints, providing stakeholders with clear, consistent updates on project progress, risks, and decision points.
  • Support and Coordinate: Facilitate major initiatives by tracking blockers and leveraging partnerships within GitHub for project progression.
  • Operational Management: Maintain program documentation, including playbooks, templates, and release checklists.
  • Manage meeting agendas, action items, feedback, and approvals to ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
  • Lead project kick-offs and capture essential business requirements to support team initiatives.
