Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a polishing environment.
  • Knowledge of surface Measurement/Inspection techniques.
  • Experience with surface finishing hard materials a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Preparation of samples by measuring, and mounting, prior to surface finishing.
  • Assist Engineering on various non-standard test/ inspections as required. Update system and stakeholders on backlog and progress.
  • Post Surface Finishing measurements, roughness & flatness. And, preparation of surface finishing Slurries.
  • Minor maintenance of lab and machine shop equipment and tools.
  • Set up, operate, and clean surface finishing equipment. As well as cleaning of samples.
