Requirements
  • Has proven marketing leadership experience at high-growth, enterprise B2B software startups marketing to the Fortune 1000
  • Is hands-on - you prefer to get things running and proven with a lean team before looking to scale. When you do scale, you are a leader who enables and empowers your team
  • Is metrics-driven with an analytical mindset. You love experimentation, but not shots in the dark. You look at KPIs daily and weekly and hold yourself and your team accountable for revenue contribution
  • Has a strong product marketing background and communication skills. Category creation requires storytelling and synthesis - you have a knack for simplifying complexity. Your teammates seek you out because their ideas are better after a bounce with you
Responsibilities
  • First, you'll dive deeply into our business to understand how we work within our industry and the value our technology provides for our customers. You'll understand the broader market and assess our positioning, seeking out opportunities and creating a stack rank of marketing priorities
  • You'll be hands-on in developing and executing a stack rank of marketing priorities that contributes to our go-to-market flywheel of customer stories, pipeline, revenue, and expansion
  • Starting with our initial foundation and small team, you'll build a marketing engine that creates pipeline repeatably and efficiently - leveraging earned, owned, and paid channels. You'll leverage your experience from other startups, but won't “bring a playbook” - you'll write one here. You will have shared ownership of revenue targets
  • You'll develop and implement structures, programs, and metrics to experiment, execute, and measure marketing ROI and CAC
  • Build and coach a team of marketing professionals. You'll drive scale with great systems, and lead from the front
Desired Qualifications
  • Has demonstrated marketing experience in big data, analytics, infrastructure, devtools, platforms, and or AI technologies in a prior role. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required
