- You have completed qualification as train personnel, such as train conductor or train manager.
- Qualification for brake tests and wagon inspections is desirable; refresher training is possible.
- You are familiar with using a personal computer.
- You have very good German language skills.
- You have initial English language skills.
- You are willing to travel throughout Germany and stay overnight away from home.
- You are willing to work individual shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- You are service-oriented and communicative, maintain a professional appearance, and remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
- Monitor the safe transportation of passengers over the entire route.
- Act as the contact person for passengers and provide excellent onboard service.
- Check tickets and support ticket sales on the train.
- Accompany shunting and the placement and removal of the train-car fleet.
- Independently perform technical checks, including wagon-technical inspections and brake tests.
- Actively create a positive travel experience for guests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service and operational processes.
- Qualification for brake tests and wagon inspections, with refresher training available.
- Initial English language skills.
