Responsibilities
  • Managing 'No Bid' clients and escalate requests
  • Working closely with the Bids office to reconcile information
  • Overseeing the billing and issuing of post-sale related client output
  • Collaborating with technical experts and taking ownership of escalated issues
  • Managing post sale pod with 1-2 support staff
  • Setting milestones for the pod and working with Post Sale and Shipping Management
  • Running & attending pre and post-sale meetings
  • Contribute to Management Reporting in respect of debtors and provisions
  • Staying current with AML and other company policies & procedures
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as directed by Head of Client Experience
