Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
  • 6+ years of professional experience in an architecture or interior architecture firm
  • Strong design sensibility balancing aesthetics, function, and constructability
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience across commercial, workplace, education, and civic project typologies
Responsibilities
  • Lead interior architectural design across all project phases, including programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
  • Develop space plans, interior architectural details, material and finish palettes, furniture selection, specifications, and procurement
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Coordinate and produce high-quality drawings and specifications using Revit and related tools
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Conduct site visits and support construction administration activities
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables; contribute to quality control reviews
  • Mentor and support junior staff as appropriate
