- Knowledge of quality management, food safety, good manufacturing practices, audits, and action plans.

- A category B driving licence is required.
- Conduct audits and training for stands during opening and annual training periods.
- Monitor critical stands through enhanced follow-up and deploy action plans.
- Track consumer complaints and analytical nonconformities for the assigned region.
- Deliver training for managers, stand managers, and other audiences in collaboration with the continuing education service.
- Report regularly to managers and directors on critical-stand action plans and relevant quality improvements.
- Report official regional quality indicators to regional directors and managers.
- Participate in cross-functional quality projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for multi-site managers and directors regarding operational hygiene issues.
- Update quality tools, including training materials and the PMS, in collaboration with headquarters mission managers.
- Monitor laboratory and other service providers in the region.
- Alert stakeholders when provider intervention is needed to maintain food safety.
- Provide advice and contribute to innovation and productivity.
- Maintain quality and food-safety standards and good manufacturing practices through audits and action plans.
