Job Description

• Final billings on a monthly/quarterly or on-request basis, including:
• Process, edit, and submit pre-billing in SAP.
• Submit final bills to clients or process by SAP team.
• Transfer timesheets from job to job as needed in time tracking software.
• Proactively monitor and review billing system to ensure that client data is kept current and accurate.
• Once fully trained they would be able to train new hires on billing process and procedures.
• Provide backup to other Coordinators and analysts as required.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a finance / billing related role.
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient understanding of billing technical requirements and processes, particularly using SAP.
• Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision.
• Good organization skills and ability to work under time constraints.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
