Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Advanced degree – Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. – preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management, or fintech, with a strong understanding of treasury products and services.
  • Proven ability to consult on and implement complex financial solutions.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of treasury management systems, payment technologies, and cash management practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in treasury or cash management are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants to consult on and design complex treasury management solutions that align with client needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on treasury management products such as ERP Integration, API connectivity, Direct Transmissions, SWIFT ISO2022, Lockbox, Integrated Payables including Check Print and Image Cash Letter solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise during sales presentations and client engagements.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of client cash flow, operational workflows, and financial systems to identify and recommend optimal treasury solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, including product management, implementation, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of treasury products.
  • Work closely with Product Management to evaluate vendors and be an integral part of their strategic roadmap.
  • Bring the voice of the client back to product management.
  • Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing proposals, pricing models, and other sales documentation to support Treasury Management Consultants.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to resolve product-related issues or concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth in treasury management services.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Treasury Management Consultants to enhance their technical knowledge of products and solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent desired.
