TO Manager/Floor Manager

We’re looking for a TO Manager / Floor Manager who can bring structure, professionalism, urgency, and a team-first attitude to our sales floor. This is NOT a desk job—it’s a real leadership role for someone who leads from the front, gets hands-on with the team, and helps drive the store to the next level.

 

 

   •   Greet and engage every guest in the showroom

   •   Conduct needs assessments and TOs when needed

   •   Partner with salespeople on walkarounds, test drives, and closes

   •   Jump into deals to support gross, CSI, and momentum

   •   Coach your team in real-time—on the floor and in the moment

   •   Lead daily huddles and live TO training

   •   Make sure appointments are confirmed, CRM is used properly, and nobody slips through the cracks

   •   Report daily to the GM on team performance, energy, and deal flow

 

 

   •   2+ years in automotive sales (closing experience required)

   •   1+ year in a leadership, team lead, or TO role

   •   Hands-on, highly visible, and disciplined

   •   Strong closing, presentation, and coaching skills

   •   A team-first leader who elevates others through energy, urgency, and accountability
