Requirements
- 10+ years leadership experience with proven results within in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving culture and employee engagement in a global organization, with expertise of factors and components that drive both
- Experience leading and driving successful global internal communications
- Ability to work at levels- strategic, operational, and tactical
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to form stories and narrative, with attention to detail
- Experience working with leaders at all levels of an organization, ability to create and foster business relationships with leaders and employees
- High level of initiative and motivation to quickly resolve challenges
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communications skills
- Outstanding problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skill
- BA/BS; MBA, JD or post-graduate degree strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead global PEG employee engagement and culture strategy, collaborating with Sr Leadership, HR, local site leads, and others to improve the work experience of PEG employees
- Plan and implement initiatives supporting the employee engagement and culture strategy
- Develop and lead internal communications strategy to represent and shape group culture, communicate strategic priorities, and provide clear messaging for a global audience
- Identify and implement a breadth of methods for communicating with employees through a variety of channels. Craft internal presentations, messages, and other content as needed
- Build annual calendars for employee engagement and communications activities based on strategic priorities and business cadence
- Develop a set of common standards and processes that can be applied across PEG organization-wide employee programs and within functional orgs
- Develop a standard set of visual analytics, SLA's (service level agreements) and KPI's (key performance indicators) that are common to all PEG employee initiatives, and serve to drive a common view on project health across the entire org
- Develop formal change management practices and processes applied to all PEG org changes and communications on people, projects and programs changes and launches to ensure objectives were met optimally as they relate to employee engagement
- Handle projects and lead working groups across a variety of applicable initiatives
