- Document test results, calibration records, certificates of analysis, and quality data accurately.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products.
- Support the Quality Management System and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and support calibration activities.
- Monitor laboratory supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address quality concerns and improve process consistency.
- Support Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental programs and plant safety initiatives.
- Participate in inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and other compliance activities.
- A technical college degree or related technical training is preferred.
- Chemical manufacturing or chemical industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within a quality management system and regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience with laboratory testing equipment, analytical instrumentation, and quality control processes is a plus.
