ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to shape how our brand connects with audiences and drives growth. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, translating marketing objectives into bold, performance-driven campaigns across every channel. This role offers the opportunity to guide creative vision while staying hands-on in production, using data insights to continually refine and elevate storytelling.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Performance, Lifecycle, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, measurable, and brand-aligned.

Base salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Translate marketing strategy into actionable creative direction across channels (Paid Media, SEO, Organic Social, Affiliate, Earned Media, etc.)
Partner with the Marketing Director to develop campaign concepts and ensure creative aligns with business objectives and performance goals
Provide clear feedback, briefs, and vision alignment for graphic designers, content creators, SEO writers, and UX/UI designers
Contribute directly to asset creation when needed, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting
Collaborate with performance marketers to optimize creative for each distribution channel
Support brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints
Act as a connector between Creative, Performance, Lifecycle, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and measurable
Analyze creative performance data and use insights to iterate and refine future strategies

WHY YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

4–7 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or creative strategy roles
Background that combines both marketing strategy and creative production
Proficiency in at least two of the following: graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), video editing (Premiere, After Effects), copywriting, or content production
Proven ability to develop campaign concepts that align with marketing objectives and deliver measurable results
Strong understanding of how creative drives performance across digital channels: SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, Affiliate, Email, and Earned Media
Ability to guide and inspire creative teammates while collaborating cross-functionally
Experience with brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity development highly preferred
Comfort using campaign data and performance metrics to inform creative decisions
Strategic yet hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

NICE TO HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field
Experience in high-growth or performance-driven marketing environments
Portfolio demonstrating both creative production and strategic impact
