Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Sales experience: direct selling experience or experience working in close partnership/support of sales function
  • Experience presenting to and communicating with various audiences (ex. others with differing language, senior management and non-technical audiences)
  • Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Position requires travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and facilitate sales training courses. Ensure training materials align with business needs and learning strategy.
  • Develop and manage sales rep performance scorecards and course metrics to assess rep performance and course effectiveness.
  • Manage quarterly content review process within Sales Training team and in conjunction with business partners.
  • Own and manage training schedules to ensure accuracy in agenda structure, class time, and facilitators.
  • Lead certification of training facilitators: inspecting for message delivery and course facilitation guidelines, providing feedback on session success and when development is required, inspection of facilitation skills in classroom setting.
  • Own and manage pre and post-class activities and communications.
  • Class facilitation and management.
  • Partner with sales leadership and relevant stakeholders to identify business priorities, needs and gaps. Develop and deliver training content to address.
  • Build effective relationships internally and externally to stay connected to needs of the field via field travel, meeting attendance and events. Identify opportunities and proactively recommend training solutions.
