- Solid experience with Workday applications, including development and integration work.
- Experience configuring and developing interfaces for the Workday human resources management platform.
- Four to six years of information technology experience from a technical delivery background in middleware and Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Experience with the Java programming language.
- User interface development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the AngularJS framework.
- In-depth relational database management system development experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or an equivalent technology.
- Hands-on experience with software development life cycle processes and Agile-based development.
- Experience developing on and interfacing with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with Spring-based application development.
