At its core, the Deployment Strategist – Capture role centers around collaborating with our customers to solve high-impact challenges within their organization. You will be a key member of our new business teams to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities at new and existing customers. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Our capture-focused Deployment Strategists are responsible for partnering with our customers to identify new opportunities and demonstrate how our technology can meet their needs.

What We Do
As a Deployment Strategist - Capture, you’ll work as part of a driven team of other Deployment Strategists, Account Executives, and Engineers to match software to the most challenging problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is and navigate a path to convert ideas into production work that delivers value to the customer.
Deployment Strategists - Capture are do-ers who build lasting relationships with customers, understand their problems, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. In this role, the problems you’ll address require strong communication skills, the ability to drive towards clear goals in complex and fast-moving customer environments, a curious and analytical mentality , a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customers – from leadership to analysts – to understand the critical questions they need to answer, locate their biggest problems , and build long-term relationships.
- Build an in-depth understanding of our customers challenges; be able to articulate where our products can have the most impact.
- Identify and structure approach to pursuing opportunities at both new and existing customers.
- Partner closely with both our sales and delivery teams scope and convert opportunities.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Work with the customer to build custom workflows for new user groups.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from analysts to customer leadership.
- Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs, and to ensure it is being used widely enough to have concrete impact on our partners’ operations.

- Ability to travel 25 – 75% required. Varies by location and team.

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $95,000 - $160,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
