Senior Product/Test Engineer @ Untether AI

Untether AI is building the world’s highest performance, energy-centric AI inference accelerator. We’re a rapidly growing Toronto-based startup, with employees across Canada and the US (and even a few outside North America).

To help grow our organization we are looking for an experienced Product/Test Engineer. The successful candidate will be organized and self-directed, and comfortable working within a rapidly evolving project.

Responsibilities

Introduce new products to volume manufacturing, establish yield tracking, yield enhancement and cost reduction, ongoing improvement
Develop datasheet specs and support initial customer shipments
Work closely with foundry and OSAT engineering teams, as well as internal design and software teams
Support reliability qualifications

This might be the right opportunity for you if you have the following:

10+ years of Product Engineering on large-scale VLSI silicon
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Excellent oral and written communication skills
ATE test development experience highly desirable - Advantest, Ultraflex
Basic understanding of DFT flow, ATE test flow
Familiarity with Python, skill or scripting language
Strong focus on testing and quality
Team focus and desire to help build the team
