- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in science, engineering, Applied statistics, or other related technical discipline.
- Ability to use and obtain data from workflow tools, data warehouses, etc. and is comfortable with statistical concepts such as distribution theories, general probability theory, correlations
- Applying statistics and software in data analysis (example Minitab).
- Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to collect, communicate and present data and information.
- Flexibility, a good work ethic and ability to work in a team environment is required.
- Interpret large amounts of data, analyze results using statistical methods, interpret trends, and provide ongoing reporting
- Develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to increase productivity, reliability, forecasting, etc.
- Use of advanced statistical concepts to determine significant sources of variability
- Cost benefit analysis, ROI to help deliver the most value to the organization
- Forecast/trending of performance data
- Process mapping and efficiency analysis
- Provide subject matter expertise for all data related processes and analyses
- Analyze trends of monthly KPI results for performance improvement concepts
- SAS certifications a huge plus
- Knowledge of statistical data tools such as JMP and SAS is desired

As a staffing and talent solutions leader with more than 15 years of experience, Fromhold brings extensive knowledge of the industry and a clear understanding of the changes transforming today’s complex talent market.Throughout his career, Fromhold, a graduate of Penn State University, held several high-profile roles in sales, operations and executive management, including president of Insight Global’s $2.7 billion Technology Division Fitness Laboratory.In his new role, Fromhold will lead the executive team and oversee all aspects of Collabera’s strategy and operations.
