  • Maximize training effectiveness by contributing to content creation and employing innovative blended learning methodologies to deliver content via on-demand, webinar workshops and classroom training sessions
  • Drive the product learning strategy across Brandfolder including Smartsheet products for a well rounded onboarding program across teams
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Knowledge Managers, and Sales Leadership, to assist in the global product learning strategy for Sales Onboarding and ongoing iterations & improvements
  • Implement and track metrics and indicators to ensure new hire performance thresholds are tracked and achieved
  • Understand the goals of a new sales rep and translate those needs through the onboarding process
  • Deliver global comprehensive learning programs which are scalable and role specific
  • Identify gaps/needs & collaborate on new hire training for all sales roles
