Your Role:
- Project manage and contribute to key, high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Ensure cross-team alignment on company initiatives, meetings, and expectations. This includes the management of our internal meetings and company communications.
- Support the execution of our annual business planning process, including the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.
- Support and assist with the continuous improvement of our Enterprise Operating System.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement and help build and put in place best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes inclusion and collaboration so every voice is heard, respected and empowered to reach their full potential.
- This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with lots of flexibility.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Positive attitude, versatility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Successful track record of implementing new processes and effective change management.
- Exhibits a learner mindset and approaches obstacles with a sense of possibility.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Previous experience working cross-functionally to accomplish an overarching goal.
Compensation:
- Annual compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
