Responsibilities
  • Project manage and contribute to key, high-impact strategic initiatives
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on company initiatives, meetings, and expectations. This includes the management of our internal meetings and company communications
  • Support the execution of our annual business planning process, including the continuous improvement of our tools and processes
  • Support and assist with the continuous improvement of our Enterprise Operating System
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement and help build and put in place best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes inclusion and collaboration so every voice is heard, respected and empowered to reach their full potential
  • This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with lots of flexibility
