Pharmacy First Health builds clinical infrastructure that turns neighborhood pharmacies into integrated care hubs delivering primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management in underserved rural areas. A digital platform connects pharmacists, clinicians, and care teams under state-approved Collaborative Practice Agreements to coordinate appointments, document encounters, schedule visits, bill for services, and securely share medical records. The company partners with health plans and operates Pharmacy1st Clinics and Pharmacies, employing family nurse practitioners and pharmacists to deliver care on-site, positioning pharmacies as the entry point to primary care. Its goal is to improve access to primary care in rural regions by expanding a network of connected pharmacy-led care locations while ensuring clinician-led, HIPAA-compliant care.
