Responsibilities
  • Serves as a trusted and strategic advisor to the General Counsel executive leadership team on matters handled by the Legal Operations team.
  • Drives and executes on the strategic priorities for the Legal Operations function; measures and reports results.
  • Leads transformational projects defined within Law & Policy; provides guidance to Legal Operations and Global Capabilities on programs that are in place to drive efficiency and process standardization, and enhance cost controls and strategies.
  • Maintains and supports implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
  • Directly oversees performance and development of Legal Operations team through regular, timely feedback; additionally, has responsibilities for the Global Capabilities team supporting Legal Operations to ensure delivery of results on Law & Policy’s strategy.
  • Supports business management projects by monitoring and tracking risks, issues and action items. Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing legal operations in an in-house legal setting preferred
  • College or advanced degree in business management preferred
