Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Review customer accounts in order to compile compelling evidence for bank disputes
  • Identify and/or contribute to process improvements
  • Opportunity to participate in special projects (like building tools to help us fight more chargebacks efficiently, working with other departments like the Data team and Engineering team on business related projects)
  • Reach out to customers about pending disputes in order to provide additional help
  • Analyze chargeback data to help eliminate chargeback risk factors.
