Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a combination of Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, Management Consulting, or related fields is required, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, portfolio analysis, and scenario planning, are required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions, are required.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Experience working in a results-driven, solutions-oriented environment with competing priorities is required.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional stakeholders are required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation development is required.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance and Real Estate Leadership to maintain the Real Estate and Workplace Services long-range portfolio plan.
  • Create and maintain flexible portfolio models and manage complex scenario planning initiatives.
  • Develop portfolio optimization recommendations aligned with business growth, financial objectives, and employee experience.
  • Conduct financial, operational, and portfolio analyses to support strategic real estate decision-making.
  • Support the development of executive-ready business cases, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Translate complex portfolio tradeoffs into clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain recurring portfolio reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and decision support for high-priority Real Estate and Workplace Services cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance, Workplace, People, Information Technology, and Real Estate stakeholders globally to support portfolio planning initiatives.
  • Help establish scalable planning frameworks, reporting standards, and governance processes as the company grows.

  • Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Tableau, Databricks, or similar platforms.

Databricks hires ex-AWS executive to lead Asia partners amid 85% growth

Databricks has appointed former Amazon Web Services executive Briscoe to lead its Asia Pacific & Japan partner organisation. She previously headed AWS's partner operations in the region and held similar roles at Microsoft and Cisco. The move supports Databricks' regional expansion. In April, the company named Simon Davies as regional leader and reported over 85% year-on-year growth in its fourth quarter. Coatue leads $3B Databricks investment at $134B valuation

Coatue Management is reportedly leading a $3 billion investment in Databricks, according to recent reports. The data analytics company previously raised roughly $5 billion earlier in 2026 at a $134 billion valuation. Databricks sells a lakehouse platform combining data lake and data warehouse capabilities and has expanded into AI software for enterprise applications. The company reported $5.4 billion in revenue run rate in February, up over 65% year on year, which grew to $6.9 billion by June. The earlier financing round included $2 billion in debt capacity intended to fund AI products, acquisitions and employee liquidity. At its current valuation, Databricks exceeds Snowflake's market capitalisation of approximately $83 billion. Management has indicated the company may remain private until market conditions improve.
