Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within Human Capital Management Systems, Global Expansion, International HR
  • 3+ years of experience in prospect or customer-facing pre-sales or account management roles, preferably within strategic HR, international expansion and/or Enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed quota
  • Passionate for and demonstrated ability to produce polished client-facing demos and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Familiarity with cross-border merger and acquisition transactions a plus
  • Coachable-listen and hear constructive criticism and take immediate action
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Operations teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge about Velocity Global’s products and services, the marketplace we serve, our competitive landscape, and the broader business initiatives our products and services are leveraged for
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges
  • Build strong relationships with key prospects and customers, understanding their short, mid and long-term business goals and challenges
  • Develop and present compelling and customized product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions
  • Work in partnership with Revenue, Operations, Customer Success, Product and R&D to understand the clients’ business challenges, develop solutions, and turn the concepts into reality
  • Provide technical support for complex channel partner engagements, which may involve multiple project teams across Velocity Global and our partner organizations
  • Partner with and act as a market feedback loop to internal Product, R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Legal teams to align product and solution roadmap phases for future release schedules
  • Stay current with HR, HRIS, HCM, Staffing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Share insights and thought leadership with clients and internal teams
