Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and the commercial team by providing expertise on chemical products, treatment programs, and application recommendations.
  • Partner with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and develop technically sound solutions aligned with operational and business objectives.
  • Monitor treatment program performance and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate customer operations and technical challenges to identify opportunities for process improvement, performance optimization, and reliability enhancement through chemical treatment solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle, including opportunity assessment, solution development, proposal support, and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for expanded product utilization, treatment optimization, and value-added technical services within customer accounts.
  • Analyze operational, laboratory, and field performance data to develop recommendations that improve treatment effectiveness, reduce operational risks, and enhance customer outcomes.
