The Role:
The Revenue Operations Data Manager will be responsible for orchestrating, monitoring, and triaging Evisort’s Go-to-Market (“GTM”) data. This includes, but is not limited to; data cleansing, funnel SLA monitoring and policing, and providing insights and operational improvement ideas to the revenue operations team, sales management, and other departments.
The ideal candidate has a data-centric mindset, can work independently and cross-functionally, and can connect the dots between abstract data to make meaningful assessments and present findings to the Evisort GTM executive team.
In this role, you’ll succeed by being an analytic, data-driven leader who is adept at implementing new initiatives by spotting patterns in the data and identifying previously unseen blind spots in our business. You’ll automate processes, reduce friction and instill the right behaviors across the go-to-market organization in order to ensure data fidelity
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Data Ops Manager fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success.
What You’ll Do:
- Data and Data Accuracy: Own the day-to-day reporting, including the creation and management of SFDC dashboards and reports, ad hoc reporting, and ongoing management reporting. Perform regular due diligence on key data points, check for inconsistencies, and implement ways to avoid them. Manage the QBR and provide analytics, results, and trends.
- Data quality: Continuously work on improving data quality and integrity of the CRM data. This can include the review Review of and correct inbound leads assignments, account-level data, opportunity details, etc, to ensure our sales team follows process.
- End user support: Assist the members of the sales, marketing, and customer success team with resolving issues related to data.
- Process Optimization: Using data and key metrics, identify and support projects to improve areas of process inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Prepare sales performance analytics for multiple areas of the Evisort Sales and GTM Teams
- Lead Sales Team Issue Resolution: partnering with Revenue Operations & GTM Leadership on ad-hoc projects
- Operational Excellence: Provide team leadership and direction to deliver effective process optimization, change management, system documentation, and issue resolution. Align with internal stakeholders to solve complex business needs and improve efficiencies throughout the revenue cycle Advise the business on the benefits and risks related to system functionality and enhancements
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the SaaS industry with a background in Data Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Excellent command of Excel, BI Systems (we use Sigma), and high degree of confidence with handling and analyzing large data sets
- Versatility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, zooming in with good attention to detail while still keeping the big picture in mind
- Data junky and proven track record of sales process automation & improvement
- Strong understanding of subscription-based selling motions
- Proven experience with driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
