Requirements
  • An active Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • At least one year of experience working with classified materials and data security protocols is required.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills are required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong time management skills are required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time and alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
Responsibilities
  • Screen and process incoming mail.
  • Verify and log media markings and check in and out classified media using ACCM procedures.
  • Catalog new media according to ACCM procedures.
  • Process DD1149 transmittals for classified shipments.
  • Coordinate mailroom pickup and drop-off for classified shipments.
  • Track classified shipments by uploading receipts and sending tracer emails.
  • Facilitate owner and checkout transfers of classified materials.
  • Maintain an inventory of classified media, including BITs.
  • Oversee disposal of classified media and information technology equipment using DTS disposal forms.
  • Secure burn bag disposal.
  • Liaise with personnel on transmittal and destruction procedures.
  • Compile and maintain documentation for opening and closing procedures.
  • Bind documents as needed.
  • Support data management policies, systems, and procedures for identifying and controlling data requirements.
  • Attend BITs configuration control boards and interdepartmental communications.
  • Disseminate guidance and information to other contract support personnel.
  • Manage the dual-sighting execution schedule and track the Code 15 inventory.
  • Transform full-size hardcopy tapes, drawings, documents, and other media into digital formats for storage, retrieval, revision, re-identification, distribution, and archiving of unclassified and classified materials.
  • Develop and implement a standard operating procedure for duplicating media and maintaining data quality control for SIPR, unclassified, and classified research, development, test, and evaluation accounts.
  • Align year-to-date catalog processes with records management.
  • Support the reorganization of the Code 15 Media Center storage footprint and secure spaces.
  • Review, maintain, file, and store DD254 contracts for logistics purposes.
  • Maintain access to and use of a NISS account.
  • Execute and lead the Code 15 BITs annual cleanout workflow, including coordinating catalog reviews by divisions and divisional program leadership teams for accurate ownership and retention-period accounting.
  • Sustain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support department communications on the Code 15 department website, Data Center SharePoint Online, and collaboration Teams page.
  • Provide bid proposal support when requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
