Responsibilities
  • Invoice maintenance, assisting Negotiators, Supervisors & Managers as assigned
  • Entering programming and buys into our system, projecting TV and Radio ratings for future buys
  • Pulling market research and tracking delivery of streaming audio and video investments
  • Confirming and monitoring media orders with television and digital partners
  • Construct post-buy analyses to determine actual delivery of the schedule
  • Manage budget summaries, campaign flowcharts, and billing
  • Create insertion orders, digital campaign detailed summaries
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
