Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience performing complex business analysis and requirements definition in a government contracting environment
  • 8+ years of experience with using, managing, or implementing ERP systems, such as Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense
  • Experience with identifying issues and developing solutions related to ERP software and financial processes
  • Experience with using Agile techniques, including User Stories, for gathering and documenting requirements
  • Knowledge of accounting processes used by government workers
  • Ability to interpret complex financial processes and partner with internal financial clients to identify issues, define requirements, and develop solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Technology
Responsibilities
  • Oversee leading-edge financial systems such as Deltek Costpoint and Integrify workflows
  • Guide a team of engineers
  • Work directly with the Booz Allen accounting team to identify business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories
  • Lead the team to fulfill user needs by creating deployable features
  • Deliver high business value products to Booz Allen leaders, staff, accountants, and regulators
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with implementing or managing Deltek Costpoint
  • Knowledge of the Deltek Costpoint data model and knowledge of Deltek configurations
  • Ability to use SQL to troubleshoot issues and research solutions within Deltek Costpoint
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deltek Costpoint or ERP certifications
