  • 5+ years of experience in antenna and radio frequency (RF) engineering
  • Experience creating and executing detailed test plans for antenna performance evaluations
  • Experience using highly technical languages, including C++, MATLAB, or Python
  • Experience in applied electromagnetics or aircraft survivability
  • Ability to study new system level features and work with engineers to create comprehensive test strategies to evaluate them
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an Engineering or Physics field
  • Experience creating test plans to qualify and quantify different modulation schemes as required depending on the wireless communication system being implemented
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic (EM) energy transmission through space and within material
  • Ability to make recommendations to cross-functional teams on resolving wireless system issues including, baseband algorithms and RF and Antenna systems
  • Master's degree
