Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive working experience is required.
  • Progressive experience in engineering, science, or systems analysis is required, including quality assurance experience for engineering or construction projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe, is required.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is required.
  • The candidate must be a United States citizen.
  • The candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • The candidate must be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Organize, manage, and maintain all required quality-assurance documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with recognized standards and practices.
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness.
  • Support testing and integration personnel by witnessing testing requirements.
  • Certify that deliverables meet all quality requirements.
  • Review contract plans and specifications and determine whether materials and workmanship comply with them.
  • Submit daily quality-assurance reports and written inspection and test results.
  • Ensure that the contractor follows its quality-control and quality-assurance program.
