Requirements
  • A higher-education qualification at BAC+3/5 level in computer science, statistics, digital marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • Significant experience in web analytics and managing tag management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with tag management solutions, particularly Tag Commander.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Piano Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong JavaScript skills for tag customization and data-layer manipulation.
  • Strong proficiency with data-visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Technical SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
  • Understanding of data architectures and integration flows, including application programming interfaces, webhooks, and tracking servers.
  • Knowledge of compliance topics including the General Data Protection Regulation, consent management platforms, and consent management.
  • Ability to audit complex implementations and debug tracking anomalies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and act as a key data partner.
  • Ability to take initiative and improve data collection proactively.
  • Ongoing interest in developments in data, tracking, and privacy, including server-side tracking.
Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the tagging plan by gathering tracking needs from business teams, designing and documenting tagging plans, and defining relevant key performance indicators and metrics for each journey and business objective.
  • Specify technical needs to development teams, test and validate deployed tags, and regularly monitor tracking quality.
  • Analyze user behavior across digital journeys, identify friction points and optimization opportunities, and produce regular reports and monitoring dashboards.
  • Present analyses and insights to business teams, formulate actionable optimization recommendations, and support teams in interpreting data.
  • Propose improvements to the measurement system, contribute to team upskilling, and participate in improving practices.
