About the Position
We are looking for someone who works well with customers, has excellent organization skills, and knows how to multi-task and prioritize. If this is you, you should consider joining the Business Integration and Technology (BIT) team as an office assistant. In this role, you’ll request user access requests, track user subscriptions and access, send out communications alerts, and perform various clerical tasks to support the BIT team and CHS.

We Require
- Six months of clerical experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
- Must be able to conduct a fingerprint background check to work inside the jails
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, and the Internet

Job Contributions
- Process new user account setup, modifications, and terminations; this includes coordination with internal and external agencies to ensure staff has account access needed for the various programs or applications that their job position requires
- Track the account setup process with Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint
- Maintain and update Electronic Health Record (TechCare) security roles and business requirement files with supporting documentation and approvals
- Create, update, and maintain standardized forms, tracking logs, schedule templates, binders, electronic folders, excel spreadsheets, and SharePoint
- Maintains/creates electronic and paper files. Converts paper files to electronic when required
- Submit requests and coordinate maintenance and repair for office machines and ordering of routine and specialized office supplies
- Manage mail, create, and edit correspondence, memoranda, letters, legal documents, information packets, and other communications
- Provide specialized support to the BIT Team as needed
- Schedule team meetings, including the conference room, and take meeting minutes
Working Conditions
Works primarily in an office setting but would also travel to assist with device pick-ups and delivery at various Maricopa County locations, including jails. Indoors, handles a high volume of work and multiple or complicated tasks with accuracy and time pressure. You may be required to make decisions and handle frequent changes and unscheduled tasks. Must stay concentrated and vigilant when working in close proximity with others. This role is eligible for telecommuting.
