This Digital Strategy Manager opportunity results from continuous and significant growth in the Apex team.
Digital Strategy Managers at APEX are responsible for supporting the overall growth of APEX’s programmatic offering through crafting and coordinating strategic programmatic recommendations for Publicis clients to achieve and surpass client business objectives. Three key pillars of the role are Media Planning, Programmatic Strategy and Account Management.

Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in agency sales or client development across digital marketing channels, including Display, Online Video, DOOH, Audio, YouTube, and Retail Media.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Proficient communication and presentation abilities.
- Platform Expertise: Knowledge of key digital marketing platforms (DV360, TTD, TikTok, Meta, Amazon, Criteo) and familiarity with market innovations from digital vendors (e.g., Epsilon, TikTok, Azerion, Hawk, GumGum, Scope3).
- Strategic Planning: Ability to create omnichannel digital media plans and audience targeting strategies, demonstrating digital innovation and ecosystem expertise.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial sense with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing key clients in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for closing deals.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing small teams for growth.
