  • An orientation, including an overview of company structure, products and brands
  • An introduction to the GPS and PD organizations
  • Exposure to senior management and business leaders
  • Formal presentation at the end of your internship
  • Regular discussion of project progress with multiple mentors
  • Formal review and feedback sessions
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited university program seeking a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related areas
  • Strong hands-on laboratory experience and knowledge in analytical techniques, nucleic acids and protein folding, including but not limited to, HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis, Fluorescent assay, DLS, SEC-MALS, PCR. Working knowledge and experience in AAV, protein folding and thermodynamics a plus
  • Ability to solve problems independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have good oral/written communication and presentation skills and be able to work in a team environment
  • Must include GPA on resume for consideration (program requires GPA of 3.0 or greater) and a summary of their current research, not exceeding two pages, for consideration
