  • B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a related engineering role
  • Strong sense of ownership and proven execution

Responsibilities
  • Linking R&D with the development of commercial scale equipment and processes
  • Identifying and driving R&D to meet short-term needs and future trends
  • Conducting statistical reviews of DOE results
  • Setting up DOE’s to test new additives
  • Leading and participating in research and development
  • Process plant review, implementation, and commissioning
  • Flowsheet trade-off evaluations and studies
  • Provide process parameters to design team
  • Flowsheet conceptualization and development
  • Leading and participating in cross-functional teams for new process plant and equipment implementation
  • Working closely with operations and maintenance teams for safe and efficient processes
  • Leading safety investigations and keeping up with maintenance issues
  • Reviewing process data and looking for improvements
