  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Up to 5 years of sales experience or other applicable industry experience
  • BS/BA preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage activities of team including Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Process Specialists
  • Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Responsible for a smaller number of direct reports; hires, fires, conducts performance appraisals and pay reviews
