Project Coordinator

Location: Whitehorse, Yukon
Type: Full-Time seasonal, Hourly
Experience: Minimum 1 year of construction, site, or engineering experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute infrastructure and civil construction projects from pre-construction to close-out
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, schedules, permits, and safety requirements
• Support field operations with documentation, change orders, and progress tracking
• Communicate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide technical engineering input and review (if qualified)
• Travel to project sites as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of construction, site, or engineering experience
• A degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
• Willingness to work hands-on in both office and field environments
• Registration or eligibility as an EIT is an asset
