- Perform maintenance repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Complete pre-trip inspections for vehicles and equipment operated.
- Install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices for work zones, detours, and lane closures using the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
- Assist with tracking inventory and maintaining records.
- A combination of training, experience, or education in maintenance, vehicle operations, or a related field.
- Experience in emergency operations, including snow removal, storms, and accident cleanup.
- Experience in roadway maintenance and construction.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
- A valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements.
