  • Mastery of Python, Netsuite, and Excel
  • Deep experience building automated finance and business intelligence dashboards
  • Create BI reports through Python, Netsuite and internal databases
  • Define core measurement frameworks, performance metrics and tracking
  • Lead business data research to develop content and consumer insight to inform strategies and OKR setting
  • Measure business operations through analytical and quantitative techniques
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define point of view and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for business intelligence solutions across the company lines of business and departments
  • Design, develop, test and maintain reporting and analytics solutions (dashboards, scorecards, reports, etc.)
  • Support the standardization of data definitions, performance metrics and reporting formats throughout the organization as appropriate
  • Serve as a business intelligence subject matter expert across the organization and assist users with reporting and analysis activities and tools, including ad hoc reporting
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, documentation and roll-out of reports and end-user reporting tools
  • Create and maintain reporting documentation, including data definitions and mappings
  • Identify and coordinate the automation of reporting data acquisition processes, including evaluating existing processes to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement
  • Develop business specifications based on change requests generated by the user community to enhance the functionality of the Facets system
  • Assist in the QA process of new initiatives and conduct routine QA on established reports
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
