- Develop and lead comprehensive training programs that ensure staff competency, promote regulatory compliance, and elevate resident care.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, as well as ongoing clinical education for nursing and support staff.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify learning needs, evaluate performance, and implement development plans.
- Maintain accurate training records and assist with policy implementation to support adherence to internal, state, and federal standards.
